Thank you for taking the time to contact Starbucks Coffee Company. I can confirm that none of our hand crafted beverages (cappuccinos, lattes, mochas etc) are made with ingredients that contain wheat or gluten. We also have a selection of food items which are made from ingredients free of wheat and gluten to enjoy with your beverage. (20:11:56 29-10-2011)

Federica : Starbucks è presente in tutto il mondo (tranne che in Italia per una scelta aziendale dato che l'Italia è la patria del caffè!). Io ho contattato l'assistenza clienti UK perchè mi troverò lì per un certo periodo e quindi volevo sapere se avessero prodotti idonei... Non so se i prodotti citati nella risposta siano senza glutine anche nel resto del mondo...
